Join us for a visit at the Erstfeld Depot, where you can delve into the rich history of the iconic Gotthard mountain railway line and its legendary locomotives. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore the heritage of one of Switzerland’s most monumental railway achievements.

Visitors can witness vehicle movements led by the Erstfeld team, and partake in guided tours of the historical depot and its remarkable locomotives.

Please note that access to the depot is only available via a shuttle service, with regular departures to and from the meeting point. Guided tours will be conducted in German, with no prior registration required, but entrance is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is open to participants aged 10 and above, and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
