Following the success of previous editions, the Salon du Train Miniature 2026 returns to Laval, France, on 3 & 4 October 2026, bringing together railway modeling enthusiasts from across France and Europe. Organized by the Association des Modélistes Ferroviaires de la Mayenne (AMFM) to celebrate its 50th anniversary, this fifth edition will feature more than 50 exhibitors, including clubs, private layout builders, manufacturers, retailers and members of the specialized railway press. Visitors will discover an impressive variety of model railway layouts representing different regions, eras, and themes, from historic steam operations to modern railways. Highlights include the award-winning Laval steam depot layout, showcasing iconic local landmarks such as Neau station, the Laval station district and the Moulay viaduct. Whether you are a dedicated railway modeler or simply looking for a great family day out, the exhibition offers inspiration, demonstrations, shopping opportunities, and a friendly atmosphere, with catering available on-site throughout the weekend.
