To celebrate unit number 464 of the E464 group, built in 2009, Trenitalia created a special dedicated livery exclusively for this locomotive, based on the colors of the XMPR livery but with a different scheme, featuring the chassis painted in red instead of green and adorned with large inscriptions “E.464.464” on the sides and “QUATTROSEIQUATTRO” on the fronts. This locomotive still carries its special livery, which makes it immediately recognizable at the front or back of the regional trains to which it is assigned.
