Separately attached components include windshield wipers, roof lines, and insulators. Model supports digital operation with switchable cab and control panel lighting.

The E 19 class was developed by Deutsche Reichsbahn in the late 1930s as one of the fastest electric locomotives, designed for the Berlin - Halle (Saale) - Munich route. After World War II, they were operated by Deutsche Bundesbahn and reclassified as Class 119, with active service ending in 1978.
