Between 1992 and 1993, these 5x railway cars are converted
from:
- unit 61 83 75-41 752-3 owned by the Italian State Railways - FS;
- units 61 87 75-41 720-6, 61 87 75-41 721-4, 61 87 75-41 722-2 and 61 87 75-41 733-9 owned by the French National Railway Company - SNCF.
All units from this series are initially integrated to the TEN (Trans Euro Night) wagon pool.
- unit 61 83 75-41 752-3 owned by the Italian State Railways - FS;
- units 61 87 75-41 720-6, 61 87 75-41 721-4, 61 87 75-41 722-2 and 61 87 75-41 733-9 owned by the French National Railway Company - SNCF.

1995
In 1995, after the TEN (Trans Euro Night) wagon pool is dissolved,
all carriages from this series are transferred to Belgium National Railway Company - SNCB NMBS
national pool of wagons and receive new registration numbers
