RECONSTRUCTED SLEEPING CAR, CLASS II, Series 71-31, originating from the sleeping car series 71-30, year of manufacture 1963
They have been modernized at the CFR Grivita Bucharest Workshops starting in the year 2000.

- modification of the IT electrical installation from 1000 Vca to 1500 Vca
