1959

A second-class restaurant car designed for international transport according to RIC and MC conventions on main lines with a speed of 120 km/h, later adapted to a speed of 140 km/h for use in the Prague-Frankfurt nad Mohanem express train. The car is equipped with Pennsylvania JHY bogies. The number of units produced between 1959 - 1961 was 50 pieces. The number range was from 550 to 599 (BRa was a special car, hence the 3-digit number). After renumbering according to UIC in the range 51 54 85-10 001 to 050.

The car's interior features a dining area, a preparation area, a buffet service section, and four second-class compartments.
