The driving trailers of this group, equipped with 60 first-class
seats, were divided into two sub-series: the Le.601.001-021, fitted
with bogies with block brakes and a maximum speed of 180 km/h, and
the Le.601.022-025, equipped with bogies with disc brakes, a
maximum speed of 200 km/h, and fronts similar to the Third Series
electric motor cars.
