The unit bought from Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS) is discarded. It is replaced by a similar unit bought from Sense Valley Railway (STB) (unit Te 11). This new unit keeps the same registration Ce 2/2 122.

Unit TeIII 124 was bought from Jura Railways (CJ) where it was registered as Ce 2/2 1.  

1974

In 1974, Emmental-Burgdorf-Thun Railway (EBT) records show the 4x units as Telll 121-124.

1997

After Emmental-Burgdorf-Thun Railway (EBT) merged with Solothurn–Moutier Railway (SMB) and United Huttwil Railways (VHB) in 1997, all units are transferred to the new entity Mittelland Regional Transport (RM) where they keep their registration Telll 121-124.
