20x units were built between 1950-1951 registered AB 7701-7720.

Technical characteristics:

1956

Following the European context, 2nd class coaches are changed to 1st class, thus the new classification A, registration numbers 7701-7720.

1964

Dutch Railways (NS) decided to convert 8x 1st class units to 2nd class units. Thus coaches A 7706, 7707, 7713, 7714, 7715, 7717, 7719 and 7720 were rebuilt and put back into service as B 7851-7858.

At the same time coaches A 7716 and 7718 receive new registration numbers A 7706 and 7707 in order to have a continuous number series: A 7701 to A 7702.

These coaches receive UIC registration numbers 51 84 18-40 101-5 through 114-8.
