CFR 060-EA-009 electric locomotive

The 9th electric locomotive delivered by ASEA Sweden to Romanian State Railways (CFR) in 1966.

Compared with the previous 8x locomotives delivered and capable of a maximum speed of 120 km/h, this unit can reach a maximum speed of 160 km/h. Despite being delivered with registration plates 060-EA-009, all locomotives from this series capable of such speeds will be registered as Class 060-EA1 (later on Class 41).
