The before last new locomotive to be delivered by Electroputere Craiova to the Romanian State Railways (CFR), unit 41-0931-0, after receiving number plates 41-0001-2 following the accident suffered by 060-EA-001 in 1990.

At a later stage, the number plates 41-0001-2 will be placed on locomotive 41-0009-5 (initially registered as 060-EA-009, a locomotive from the first batch of 10 electric locomotives delivered by ASEA from Sweden to the Romanian State Railways (CFR) between 1965 and 1967) as the registration numbers are switched between the two locomotives.
