Trains-Addicted

Trains-Addicted is a Romanian boutique manufacturer and specialist based in Cluj-Napoca, established to bring a high level of technical precision and local authenticity to the Eastern European modeling market. The brand operates with a unique "Prestige" philosophy, functioning as both an independent producer and an expert customizer that creates extremely limited-edition runs of Romanian National Railways (CFR) prototypes. By utilizing high-quality base models from major European firms and applying specialized artisanal reworks, Trains-Addicted provides collectors with rare, historically accurate variants—such as specific regional liveries and era-correct inscriptions—that are typically absent from mass-market catalogs.

Focusing primarily on the H0 (1:87) scale, the company is recognized for its commitment to "Fine Scale" standards, integrating modern digital features like synchronized sound and advanced lighting into its specialized locomotive and rolling stock releases. Their catalog often features meticulously detailed passenger coaches and heavy freight wagons, produced in small batches to maintain a high level of exclusivity and craftsmanship. Today, Trains-Addicted is a vital player in the regional hobby, celebrated for its ability to transform standard models into museum-quality miniatures that capture the distinct character and industrial heritage of Romanian rail transport.
