Last year, the Rügensche BäderBahn (RüBB) repainted its V51 901, which was originally put into service for Württemberg routes, and equipped it with DB markings from the IV era. It arrived at the Rasender Roland via the Thörlerbahn at the end of 1998, where it primarily supports the steam trains on the section with the three-rail track between Putbus and Lauterbach at the other end of the train, as turning around is not possible at the endpoint.
