The complete makeover of the IC2000 vehicle fleet is the most significant vehicle modernization in the history of long-distance traffic at the SBB. During the refurbishment and renewal of the interior, the new long-distance trains' colour and material concept is also applied to the IC2000 vehicle fleet. By converting the lighting to LED bulbs and new indirect light, the interior appears brighter and friendlier.
