The first series of Re 4/4 locomotives with short bodies has only one pantograph above cab 1. The vast majority of locomotives are equipped with a scissor pantograph. Only a few locomotives, such as the Re 4/4 11143 (now Re 420 143), have a single-arm pantograph.
