The type T3 was developed at the beginning of the 1990s as the successor to the type T1. This wagon is almost 2 m longer, measuring 18,340 mm, and has a load limit of 69t, meaning that based on this value any authorised truck trailer can be transported on it today. However, this length is not ideal for the transport of containers, although more suitable for 24‘/26‘ swap bodies due to the higher load limit.
