Steam locomotive G 12 of the Prussian State Railways (P.St.E.V.)
with a three-domed boiler in green/brown livery, Era I.
A robust construction, easy maintenance, fine details, and
excellent running characteristics need not be contradictions! Thus,
the development began with the design of the frame, locomotive
boiler, tender chassis, and body from metal die-casting.
We also placed great emphasis on scale accuracy and equipped the
wheels of the middle three locomotive wheelsets with fine flange
profiles. To achieve optimal running characteristics even on old,
uneven tracks, some wheelsets are sprung. This ensures constant
contact with the rail. Many grab bars of the model are made from
coated steel wire, and a figure of a driver as well as a fireman in
the cab complete the aesthetically pleasing and powerful steam
locomotive model.
