Open freight wagon built from 1916 onwards.

Used for the transport of spilled goods: ore, coal, timber, wood, etc.

Wagons from series KSFF 670939 - 670947 are built / rebuilt in 1918 by the Maschinen- und Waggonbau-Fabrik Simmering (Austria).

1967

From 1967, the Romanian railways (CFR) introduce the unified marking system and these wagons receive designation Elmo (UIC registration 21 53 5330):
- E: open high-sided wagon;
- l: without side tipping;
- m: wagon length under 7,70 m;
- o: without end tipping.
