Similar to coaches type 120A built for the Polish Railways, a total of 1225x units from this series are built:
1969 and 1970: 150x units, registered 21-47 000 to 149, built by Pafawag Wroclaw;
between 1971 and 1980: 1075x units, registered 21-47 150 to 999 and 21-57 000 - 224, built by ASTRA Wagon Factory in Arad (Romania).

One unit from this series is converted to have a driving position at one end, to be used in the composition of a reversible train towed by a 060-DA diesel locomotive on the non-electrified lines of CF Brasov.
