1923

The 19x units from this series are built in two batches:
- the first 4x units, 9801 - 9804, are delivered in 1923;
- the remaining 15x units, 9805 - 9819, are delivered between 1925 and 1927.

1948

In 1948, these units receive new registration numbers: 755 to 769.  

1956

From 1956, when the third class is removed, these units will be designated as Be 4/6.  

1957

Unit 765 receives a new steel body as a prototype and is registered Be 4/6 1619.

All remaining units will receive a new steel body between 1961 and 1966 with the exception of unit 1601 demolished in 1967 as a spare parts donor.
