Diesel locomotive, H0, V60, V60 114 of DB/DFS, red, Era VI,
prototype condition around 2020, LokSound, smoke, coupling
DC/AC.
The aging three-axle locomotives are extremely popular with
heritage railways. They are often loaned to other railway companies
or, like V60 114 of the Fränkische Schweiz steam railway,
tirelessly transport photo freight trains or museum passenger
trains.
The model:
Chassis, body, motor, gearbox, slider with holder, smoke unit,
lighting, digital coupling, speaker, and all details have been
newly developed. The lamp inserts feature vertical engravings to
match the appearance of DB standard lanterns.
The conversion from AC (factory condition) to DC operation is done
by removing the center slider and switching a small toggle switch
located just before the front axle.
The digitally remote-controlled electromagnetic coupling is located
in a standard socket, is height-adjustable in two stages, and can
be easily replaced or swapped with any coupling without soldering
work thanks to a plug.
The newly designed smoke generator produces a larger steam
output.
