1973

All 6x units from this series are built between 1973 and 1975.

The first unit of the series, unit WR 88-34 000, has modified bogies equipped with tilting technology but this technology is not retained for the other coaches of the series.

Like the entire rolling stock used for the Swiss Express service, these coaches are equipped with AK69 automatic couplings.

1982

After the Swiss Express service is abandoned in 1982, the AK69 automatic couplings are replaced with standard screw couplings and all coaches are equipped with rubber bead transitions.
