Due to a derailment at Kariya the day before (involving A.466)
trains were being stopped and turned round at Domokos. A.558 is seen there,
with one of the radiator fan grilles displaced on the roof. After
the locomotive is turned on the triangle, it also has part of a
tree on the roof too! It then forms the late running train 500 0748
Pireas - Thessaloniki. En-route to Thessaloniki it passes A.556 and some sites of
new stations under construction. It is then seen at Thessaloniki
after arrival heading off to the depot for servicing.
Later the same day A.558 is seen arriving at Plati wth train 503 18:27
Thessaloniki - Athens and departing Leptokariya in the dark.
